朱茂元  律师

    朱茂元律师，北京市中伦金通律师事务所资深合伙人律师，毕业于北京大学法学院，获授法学学士学位。1994年加入北京市中伦金通律师事务所，迄今在本所工作已有十二年。朱茂元律师持有中国律师资格。曾担任过两任北京市律师协会房地产专业委员会秘书长。现为中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会仲裁员。
    朱茂元律师自1992年开始从事房地产及建设工程业务，并于同年进入北京市建工学院接受房地产及建筑业课程培训。他曾在北京城建集团工作两年，从事过房地产开发项目的全过程实际运作。

Mr. ZHU Maoyuan

    Mr. ZHU Maoyuan, a senior partner of Beijing Zhong Lun Law Firm, LLB from Peking University. ZHU joined Beijing Zhong Lun Law Firm in 1994, and has worked there for 12 years. ZHU was qualified to practice law in China. Now, he is an arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, before, he used to acted twice as Secretary general of the Real Estate Specialization Committee of Beijing Bar Association.

    ZHU started his practice area in real estate and construction engineer from 1992, and was trained in Beijing Construction and Engineer College for the courses of real estate and construction in the same year. He once worked in Beijing City Construction Group for 2 years, and had participated in practical operations of the full process of real estate development project.

    ZHU founded the business precedent and work model of providing full legal service to the real estate business, and piled up rich successful experience in the business such as individual development, united construction, comprehensive development, development of perilous housing estate reform, and Sino- foreign joint and cooperative ventures real estate projects. Combining with the laws, regulations and policies in Chinese construction industry, referring to the international advanced experience, ZHU originally made out legal documents such as construction engineer contract condition, which is consistent with international practice and suits China’s specific conditions and legal environment, successfully localized the international advanced engineering management model and legal document, and implemented in the engineering projects that he provided legal service to, which won him  approval from the owners and contractors

    ZHU works as perennial legal counsel for many national big size real estate companies for a long term, which help him to pile up rich practical experience in real estate, construction engineer and company operation, and be able to provide professional and comprehensive legal service to the owners, construction contractors and supplier of equipment in the areas of the bidding and bid of engineer and equipment, contract negotiation, engineering management, modification handling and discussion, engineering settlement, dispute mediation and resolution, and so on.     ZHU was invited to teach in the training programs of real estate development management, construction engineer management and finance by the Construction Department, financial institute, large-scale enterprise and Peking University.
